All Staff are friendly and reliable and treat my daughter with dignity and respect. They are committed, on time, but more importantly, they have a laugh with my daughter.

I would implore anybody with any disability (mental or physical) to use the service of this care provider to have the same excellent experience I have.

I was very dubious about having outside help after my accident. However, having had this help I would recommend it to anyone. The girls I had were helpful in every way and I often had laughter and smiles all the way.

This wonderful team and Paula brought my mum home to pass away in the comfort of her own home instead of hospital and she had two more weeks to spend time with her family and say goodbye surrounded by love. All the carers and Paula supported not only my mum but the whole family and we will be forever grateful.

Paula arranged for funding to help me get more support for my son who has autism at weekends, at a time when we really needed it as a family, we really appreciate everything this wonderful service has done for us.

Paula and her team provide support for my son with a severe disability and recognised I also needed support as a mother of a young baby also. They came and helped around the house and even bought me some items for our home through the pay forward scheme. When I got the call and offer of support I couldn’t believe it and it really made my day and also to know someone cared and was there for me also was just amazing. They are a lovely team who really care and nothing is too much trouble, they have really helped me feel better and helped me feel more hopeful and positive for the future.

I was really struggling to get help for my sister and she had become very isolated and lonely, Paula and the team arranged an afternoon tea to be delivered and a lovely well-being call. I even got the offer of support and got to share some of the delicious food also.

Paula came to see myself and my father and we sat and chatted about his wishes and what he loves doing.  The carers came and went out for walks and even took him to golf which he loves.  This allowed me to have time with my family and some respite, knowing my father was happy and well looked after. I highly recommend this service to anyone, they really listen and support you.

I really look forward to my visits from The Crescent, it really brightens up my day.

I feel supported and feel I can do more and they are always there when I need them for anything especially to talk to.

Paula and the team helped me find suitable housing and somewhere I was safe and suited to my needs. This really changed my life for the better and I really look forward to my time with my PA’s. There always the offer of support and new things to try and events to go to, especially we can now start to go places.
