The Crescent family are looking for an amazing experienced and innovative Registered Manager to join our “outstanding” responsive service. We are looking to recruit a manager who can lead and manage a team of compassionate, dedicated and highly skilled care workers who enable those we support to continue living independently in their own homes.
We have a minimum call time of 3 hours per visit, therefore always have time to care and deliver services that are all about quality and luxury.
You will have overall responsibility for all care staff and clients and ensuring outstanding levels of person centred care at all times. Overseeing successful operation of quality control process and systems. You will work in partnership with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Local authority, social services and our private clients.
You’ll be a valued and very important member of our team so you will need business development and staff management experience in a care service provision industry and a Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about caring for others and making a difference. You’ll have a positive make it happen attitude with great values and enjoy showing your smile.
