Care Service Manager
Laura has been with The Crescent since January. Previously she worked for a private domiciliary care company and worked her way up to Deputy Manager. She has completed her Level 5 in Management of Health and Social Care and has brought this wealth of experience and knowledge to her role at The Crescent.
She was attracted to the role here due to MD Paula Chamberlain’s passion for wanting to change the perception people have of care.
Laura is very passionate about her job and loves to help colleagues and service users achieve their goals. She says it is ‘The best feeling in the world to be giving something back and helping people.’
Laura’s Fun Fact:
When Laura was younger, she wanted to be a Horse Riding Instructor!
