Team Leader – The Crescent Yorkshire Ltd.
The Crescent is a luxury home care provider based in Batley, providing support to adults and children in the Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield and Calderdale areas.
We provide carefully crafted care and support to anyone in the community who needs us, from birth to end of life and everything in between. With a team of kind and friendly carers and professionals we go above and beyond to provide a service that really makes a difference to people’s lives. The Crescent family are looking for an amazing experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our “outstanding” responsive service. We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader who can support a team of compassionate, dedicated and highly skilled care workers who enable those we support to continue living independently in their own homes.
We have a minimum call time of 3 hours per visit, therefore always have time to care and deliver services that are all about quality and luxury.
You will have experience in a similar role, have a full UK driving license and have flexible availability. Duties to include working collaboratively as part of the Care Management Team to ensure the effective running of the care service, complete assessments and reviews for service users, audits of required paperwork, support the care team within their roles, work as part of an out of hours service on a rota basis and complete duties of care worker when required
